About us

Kettering Citizens Advice Bureau will be closed during the week commencing 30 April 2012, so that we can move to our new offices at Kettering Borough Council.

From 8 May, we will be open between 9.00am and 2.00pm, Monday - Friday at our new address: Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire
NN15 7QX

Clients will be able to come in to the bureau for information or to make an appointment.

New clients will be offered an appointment for a brief assessment, to identify the problem and how the bureau can help, while existing clients will be able to make appointments for further advice on the same problem.

Appointments for assessments or advice can also be made by telephoning 01536 482281.

The majority of advisers are trained volunteers, helping the Citizens Advice service to resolve over seven million new problems every year.

Our service couldn’t survive without our 21,500 fantastic volunteers, but we need around 5,000 more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely rewarding experience.

About the Citizens Advice service

There are 338 Citizens Advice Bureaux across England and Wales, all of which are members of Citizens Advice.

Together, we are the Citizens Advice service, and we help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

Support us

Because every Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity we rely on the support of people like you.

With a Citizens Advice Bureau in the community people always have somewhere to turn in times of crisis, but the unmet demand for our service is growing. Can you help us to help more people?
