The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.
Our advice is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
Harrow Citizens Advice Bureau provides a general advice service for residents and workers in Harrow. We offer a drop-in and appointment service, telephone and email advice services.
We also provide an outreach service for housebound clients and outreach advice in the community at several locations.
We have full disability access for all our clients and staff.
The majority of advisers are trained volunteers, helping the Citizens Advice service to resolve over seven million new problems every year.
We couldn’t survive without our 21,500 fantastic volunteers, but we need around 5,000 more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely rewarding experience.

Together, we are the Citizens Advice service, and we help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
