Initial telephone contact is through 08444 111 444 or initial personal contact through the drop in sessions in the mornings will be offered a short diagnostic interview in order to assess the best next step for the client. This could be an appt later the same day, an appointment another day, a referral to another organisation, agency or CAB service and information to make a start on tackling the problem
The afternoon sessions are by appointmentonly, to make an appointment call the Adviceline or come to the drop in sessions.
The office is equipped with a public information point where clients can look up electronic information in the waiting room
