The bureau runs a drop-in Gateway/Triage service at the main office in Spalding, with sessions also at Holbeach, Long Sutton and Sutton Bridge, followed by longer appointments, where necessary. There is access to specialist caseworkers for complex debt and welfare benefit issues, by appointment only, following an initial assessment. The bureau is a member of Adviceline, a partnership of all seven Lincs bureaux, giving advice on 03444 111 444. A Polish Advice Line is available on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9.30am - 1pm on 0844 847 6128.
Many bureaux now have a short introductory interview to help decide how you can be best advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. If the bureau is open only for appointments or specialist advice this will be indicated in the notes.
