We can only advise people living or working in the London Borough of Lambeth.
You can pick up information, browse the internet, send e'mails and make phone calls and our Information Assistants are on hand if you need help. They are friendly, fully trained and really now their way around. It is their job to help you find and use what you need.
But if you do get stuck you can always talk to one of our assessors. They are on site and can also be contacted by phone or e'mail. They will help you work out what you need to do next in your particular circumstances and this may result in:
Information being explained
You being put in touch with another organisation
CAB advice being provided by appointment or at the time
Many bureaux now have a short introductory interview to help decide how you can be best advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. If the bureau is open only for appointments or specialist advice this will be indicated in the notes.
